Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Locate and switch the “Turn on AI Reporting” toggle to "ON" to activate the AI Reporting mode. This toggle is typically found at the top left of the reporting screen.
- You can either use a pre-defined reporting template to more specifically tune the output of the AI Reporting assistant, or let the AI select the most relevant template for your report. To use a reporting template, click the checkbox labeled "Use AI Report Template" and select one of your private templates or a collection of public templates. If you prefer to generate a report using our default templates, leave this box unchecked, and the AI will structure an appropriate reporting template for you.
- If you’ve selected a reporting template, you can see the content of that report template on the right-hand side of the screen under “Report Preview”. You can reselect the template if necessary prior to generating your AI report.
- Whether using a template or generating one automatically, enter your initial image interpretations in the provided textbox under “Dictate or write your interpretation”. Keep your descriptions concise and precise for best results. For example, if you’re reporting a Chest X-Ray, stating that it is a normal X-Ray will be sufficient for the assistant to be able to structure your report. You can use shorthand text or use our voice-to-text dictation feature to enhance the speed and ease of data entry.
- Click the "Generate AI Report" button after entering in or dictating your findings. This will prompt the AI to analyze your input and generate a detailed report. The time taken by the AI to generate the report can vary based on the complexity of the input and output, but ranges from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Carefully review the AI-generated preliminary report displayed in your editor. Check for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance. Edit any changes you would like prior to finalizing and submitting the report.
Caution: Be vigilant for any anomalies or errors in the AI-generated data, especially if no template was used, as AI interpretations may require more significant adjustments.
- After reviewing and making any necessary adjustments, save your document and proceed to sign it to officially validate the findings.
Reminder: Confirm that the final report accurately reflects your diagnostic assessment before signing.
