In this mode, our cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology works hand in hand with your expertise to craft detailed and insightful reports efficiently. Simply locate and toggle the AI Reporting switch to "ON" at the top left of your reporting screen, and you have the option to utilize predefined templates or let the AI structure your report from scratch.
Whether you choose a template or rely solely on AI algorithms, the AI will analyze your input and produce a comprehensive, spell-checked report. Remember to review the generated report thoroughly for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance before signing off. Let AI Reporting Mode revolutionize your reporting experience today.
Step 1: Start with a Study

Open any study from your worklist.

AI Reporting works with or without associated images.
Step 2: Click on "AI Reporting Mode" toggle and choose a aemplate (or Let AI Recommend One)
Click on the toggle to begin.
You can either use a pre-defined reporting template to more specifically tune the output of the AI Reporting assistant, or let the AI select the most relevant template for your report.
Step 3: Dictate or Type Your Findings
Whether using a template or generating one automatically, enter your initial image interpretations in the provided textbox under “Dictate or write your interpretation”. Keep your descriptions concise and precise for best results. For example, if you’re reporting a Neck CT, stating that it is a normal finding will be sufficient for the assistant to be able to structure your report. You can use shorthand text or use our voice-to-text dictation feature to enhance the speed and ease of data entry.

Use the left panel to enter your findings by typing or using the speech-to-text tool.

Input your observations naturally—AI will format the content during report generation.
Step 4: Generate the AI Report
Click the "Generate AI Report" button after entering in or dictating your findings. This will prompt the AI to analyze your input and generate a detailed report. The time taken by the AI to generate the report can vary based on the complexity of the input and output, but ranges from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.

Step 5: Review and Format
Carefully review the AI-generated preliminary report displayed in your editor. Check for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance. Edit any changes you would like prior to finalizing and submitting the report.
Caution: Be vigilant for any anomalies or errors in the AI-generated data, especially if no template was used, as AI interpretations may require more significant adjustments.

All report content remains editable, giving you full control over the final output.
Step 6: Save or Finalize
After reviewing and making any necessary adjustments, save your document and proceed to sign it to officially validate the findings.
Reminder: Confirm that the final report accurately reflects your diagnostic assessment before signing.

Click "Save As" and select "As Preliminary Report" to store your report as a draft.
OR -
Click "Save As" and select "As Final Report" if you're ready to submit it.
