Welcome to the first platform update of 2026. This month, we are bridging the gap between advanced diagnostic intelligence and the personal nuances of a radiologist’s workflow. Our January releases (v2.32.0 – v2.33.1) focus on two core pillars: Clinical Quality Assurance and Workspace Personalization.
Visit: AI-Powered QA/QC Assistant
Diagnostic accuracy is not just about detecting findings; it’s about the seamless integration of those findings into a final, verified report. Our enhanced Quality Control Assistant now features Interactive Finding Management, turning AI from a passive observer into an active collaborator.
Interactive Finding Management
Radiologists can now interact with AI-flagged findings with surgical precision:
- Agree & Fix: Acknowledge AI findings and mark them for correction with a single click.
- Mark as Fixed: Ensure a clear clinical audit trail by documenting exactly when a concern was resolved.
- Ignore & Undo: Maintain total clinical autonomy. If a finding is non-significant, dismiss it; if you change your mind, the undo capability ensures no data is lost.
Visual RadPeer Scoring
To help prioritize cases, we’ve implemented a color-coded RadPeer system:
🟢 Green: Minor observations.
🟠 Orange: Moderate findings requiring careful review.
🔴 Red: Critical findings requiring immediate action.
Visit: The Optimized Workspace
A radiologist’s environment should adapt to them, not the other way around. We’ve introduced a suite of UX enhancements designed to reduce "click fatigue" and eye strain during long shifts.
"Compact vs. Comfortable" Views
Whether you prefer a high-density data overview or a more spacious interface, the new Display Density Modes let you toggle your worklist to match your preference.
Persistent Personalization
You shouldn't have to set up your desk every time you sit down. Your column orders, panel visibility (such as the RVU workload tracker), and density settings are now saved to your profile. When you log in—from any station—AlemHealth looks exactly how you left it.
Full Dark Mode Support
We have finalized dark theme compatibility across the Worklist Assign View, ensuring a consistent, low-light experience that protects your vision during extended diagnostic sessions.
Enhanced Logic & Global Workflow
We continue to refine the "plumbing" of teleradiology to ensure studies get to the right specialist faster.
- Radiologist Status (ALE-1387): New status-based assignment logic allows administrators to see at a glance who is available, busy, or offline, ensuring more intelligent study distribution.
- Seamless AI Template Logic: We’ve optimized how the system handles AI reporting templates, eliminating naming conflicts and ensuring that when you select a template, the system retrieves it instantly and accurately.
- True Global Support: In our commitment to global health, the entire QA/QC interface and new status features are fully localized in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
| Stakeholder | Primary Benefit |
|---|---|
| Radiologists | Reduced eye strain with Dark Mode; faster reporting via interactive AI management. |
| Administrators | Better oversight with Status-Based Assignments and RVU tracking. |
| Patients | Faster turnaround times and higher report accuracy through AI-assisted peer review. |
As we move further into 2026, these updates represent our ongoing commitment to building a platform that doesn't just host your work but actively supports your clinical expertise. By combining the precision of interactive AI with the flexibility of a personalized workspace, we are ensuring that clinical excellence and user comfort go hand-in-hand.
We are proud to partner with radiologists and healthcare facilities worldwide to deliver faster, more accurate diagnostics. These January enhancements are just the beginning of a year focused on making AlemHealth the most intuitive and powerful tool in your diagnostic arsenal.
