What is the Referral Portal?
The AlemHealth Referral Portal lets referring physicians submit imaging referrals digitally. Instead of phone calls, fax, or paper forms, you can:
- Submit imaging referral requests directly to your partner imaging facility
- Get AI-powered quality checks and medical coding suggestions (ICD-10 and CPT)
- Track referral status from submission to report delivery
- Schedule imaging appointments
- Access and share radiology reports
Accessing the Portal
- Go to your facility's referral portal URL (e.g., referral.alem.health) in any modern web browser
- Enter your email and password
- If you don't have an account, ask your facility administrator to send you an invitation
Forgot your password? Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email.
Portal Roles
| Role | What You Can Do |
|---|---|
| Physician | Create referrals, track status, view reports, schedule appointments |
| Medical Assistant | Support referral workflows, manage referral data |
| Prior Auth Coordinator | Handle prior authorization workflows and referral coordination |
| Administrator | All of the above, plus manage users (invite, edit roles) |
Navigation
The left sidebar gives you quick access to:
- Referrals — Your referral dashboard and submission wizard
- Reports — Radiology reports for your patients
- Admin — User management (administrators only)
- Profile — Your account info and logout (bottom of sidebar)
