Dashboard
Your dashboard shows all your referrals at a glance.
Summary cards at the top show counts for:
- Total Referrals
- Completed
- In Review
- Needs Info
Referral table shows each referral with:
- Reference ID
- Patient Name
- Modality
- Status
- RI-RADS Score
- Prior Authorization Status
- Date Created
Referral Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Needs Info | Additional information required before processing |
| In Review | Referral is being reviewed by the imaging facility |
| Scheduled | Imaging appointment has been booked |
| In Progress | Study is underway |
| Completed | Report is available |
| Cancelled | Referral was cancelled |
| Denied | Referral was denied |
Actions
From the dashboard, you can:
- View — Open referral details
- Edit — Update referral information
- Resolve — Fix issues flagged by quality checks (for grade C/D referrals)
- Schedule — Book an imaging appointment
- View Appointment — See scheduled appointment details
- Print — Print the referral
- Archive — Remove from active list
Use the search bar to find referrals by patient name, or the filter dropdown to show only specific statuses.
