If you're an administrator, you have access to the Admin panel from the sidebar.
User Statistics
The admin dashboard shows:
- Total Users
- Active Users
- Inactive Users
- Administrators
Inviting New Users
- Click Invite User
- Enter:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Role (Physician, Medical Assistant, Prior Auth Coordinator, or Administrator)
- The user will receive an invitation email to create their account
Managing Users
- Search by name or email
- Filter by status (Active, Inactive, All)
- Edit a user's name, email, or role
- View user details and last login activity
