Scheduling Appointments

Once a referral is approved (or prior authorization is cleared for insurance patients), you can schedule an imaging appointment.
 

1. From your dashboard, click Schedule on the referral
   
    

2. Select the imaging facility and date

   
   

3. The calendar view shows available and booked time slots
4. Click an available slot to select it
5. Review the appointment details (patient info, modality, body parts)
6. Confirm the appointment

The system checks for scheduling conflicts automatically. Your patient will receive an SMS notification with their appointment details.
