Referral Queue Overview
At the top, summary cards show:

Referral Table
Each referral shows:
- Patient Name
- Exam (body parts)
- Modality
- Referring Facility and Physician
- Insurer
- Priority (Urgent / High / Routine)
- Referral Score (A / B / C / D quality grade)
- Status
- Prior Authorization Status
- Received date
Referral Statuses

Processing a Referral
- Click a referral row to open its details page
- Review patient information, clinical data, and referral quality score
- Take action:
- Approve & Schedule — Approve the referral and book an appointment
- Request More Info — Ask the referring physician for clarification
- Reject Referral — Deny the referral with a reason
Bulk Actions
Select multiple referrals using the checkboxes, then:
- Approve Selected — Approve all selected referrals at once
- Reject Selected — Deny all selected referrals at once
Creating a Referral from Front Desk
You can also create referrals directly:
- Click "Create New Referral" in the Referrals section
- Search for an existing patient or upload a referral document (the AI extracts patient data via OCR)
- Review and edit the extracted information
- Use the AI assistant for ICD-10 code suggestions
- Submit the referral
