Working Offline
Front Desk supports limited offline functionality. If your internet connection drops, a yellow banner will appear at the bottom of the screen: "No internet connection!" You can continue viewing previously loaded data, but new actions will sync when connectivity returns.
Quick Tips
- Use the OCR upload when scheduling from paper referrals — it saves significant data entry time
- Set urgency flags for time-sensitive cases so they stand out in the queue
- Check the dashboard first thing each morning to see the day's schedule at a glance
- Use the visual calendar when scheduling to avoid overlaps — booked slots show as grey blocks
