I can't find the DICOMDIR files

1. If you have difficulties locating your DICOMDIR files, please click on the "I can't find the DICOMDIR file" link as shown below

2. DICOM is an acronym for Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine. You find these files on a CD/DVD disc or flash drive given to you after a medical imaging procedure from your hospital or diagnostic centre. Files in this format are most likely saved with either a DCM or no extension at all.

Select the DICOMDIR file as shown below then click 'Upload' on the bottom right

3. Once successfully uploaded, you can move on to the next step and upload any prior reports you may have
