- To login, simply visit https://connect.alem.health/login and enter your email and password as per registered
- If you haven't registered yet, click "Don't have a account? Register here" at the bottom of the form
- You will be brought to signup page and then simply click register
- Fill up the form with your Name, Email and Password then click continue
- You will be sent a verification email with a 6 digit numeric code
- Check your email and enter the digits
- You are then required to create your own password of which is required when you login to your account
- Once completed, you are now ready to login here https://connect.alem.health/login and start using AlemHealth connect
