If you're having difficulty signing up or logging in to AlemHealth Connect, this document will guide you through the registration process, including providing tips on how to choose a secure password, and troubleshooting steps for common login issues.
Creating an Account in AlemHealth Connect
- Every person using AlemHealth Connect needs to create their own account attached to their email address. If you haven't registered yet then go to https://signup.alem.health/ and click "Create Account" at the bottom of the form.
- Select your role (Radiologist, Radiographer, Clinician, etc.) so we can provide a customized experience, then click "Continue".
- Fill up the form with your Name, Email, Mobile number and Password then click "Create account." Your password needs to meet a minimum complexity standard by including a mix of letters (uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and symbols, and not be easily guessed.
- If you've been invited by another user in your medical group, you will be asked to accept the invitation to join that group, and your account will be automatically configured to collaborate with them.
- If you haven't been invited to a group, but your email matches that of a medical provider already on AlemHealth Connect, you'll be able to request an invitation to join that medical group. As soon as the admin of that group accepts your request, you'll be automatically added to it.
- A verification email will be sent to your entered email address, so open your email client and click the link sent there.
- Once you've confirmed your email, you are now ready to login at https://connect.alem.health/login and start using AlemHealth Connect.
Logging in to AlemHealth Connect
- To login simply visit https://connect.alem.health/login and enter your email and password as per registered.
- If you don't remember your password, click on "I forgot my password" and we will send you an email to your registered account with instructions on how to reset your password.
- If you or someone else attempt to log in too many times to your account unsuccessfully, our security will lock your account. If this occurs, please send an email to email@example.com and we will assist you in restoring access to your account.
