To login, simply visit https://connect.alem.health/login on your mobile browser, and enter your email and password as per registered
If you haven't registered yet, click "Don't have an account? Sign up here" at the bottom of the form or visit https://signup.alem.health/
1. You will be brought to signup page and then simply click "Create Account"
2. Choose your user type.
4. Fill up the form with your Name, Email and Password then click continue
You are then required to create your own password of which is required when you login to your account.
5. Create your Medical Group.
Once completed, you are now ready to login here https://connect.alem.health/login and start using AlemHealth Connect.
