Add the order form later, catch every mismatch
Studies created with Manual Entry can now have their order form added later, straight from the study page. Click Add Order Form and AI reads the requisition, compares it with the DICOM headers, and lists every field where the two disagree, such as patient name, gender, age or body part. Choose Keep DICOM or Use Order Form for each one, so the report goes out with the right patient details.
